As a result, CSU must keep the option open to raise or amend any mentioned fees, even after they have been first charged or paid. Except for the systemwide fees, all specified costs are subject to change without prior notice until the day classes for a specific semester or quarter start.

The Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, or the Presidents, as necessary, may approve changes to any of the CSU specified fees, therefore all fees should be viewed as estimates.

The Working Families Student Fee Transparency and Accountability Act’s provisions will be followed when changing the system’s required fees (Sections 66028 – 66028.6 of the Education Code).
