Oxford University Tuition Financial Aid

Currently, one in four undergraduate students in the UK receives financial aid, and our university and its colleges work together to make sure that your stay here is not impacted by financial concerns.

Oxford University Tuition Scholarship
Before completing a scholarship application, you must first be extended an offer of admission to one of our undergraduate programs.
There are sadly not many scholarships available for international students pursuing undergraduate degrees, so we suggest applicants seek alternatives for funding in their home countries.
If you are a UK resident studying for your first undergraduate degree and your household’s yearly income is £27,500 or less, we will give you a Crankstart Scholarship.
This includes a non-repayable scholarship for up to £5,500 a year to cover living and educational costs.
The Crankstart Scholarship also provides access to volunteer opportunities, social and community-building events, and paid internships that assist students to develop marketable skills.

Oxford University Tuition Loan
You may be qualified for a loan to aid in covering your educational costs if you are a citizen of the US or Canada.
The Direct Loan Program may be approved through loan requests submitted to the University of Oxford (a US federal loan scheme, available to US citizens only).
All students’ US government loans are managed by the Student Fees and Finance office. The US loans pages offer guidance on how to apply as well as information.
