According to the Associated Press, the University of Delaware (UD) is raising tuition by 3% for the next academic year.

For in-state students, this will cause a $390 rise, while, for out-of-state students, it will cause a $1,050 increase. UD won’t be raising its required fees.

For the academic year 2023–2023, full tuition, lodging, and board will cost in-state students $29,644 and out-of-state students $52,164. However, according to the institution, financial help for undergraduates was budgeted at $168 million for the current academic year.

At UD, there are over 19,000 undergraduates and 4,300 graduate students enrolled.
