The net price, which includes tuition, fees, the cost of books and supplies, and living expenses, is $21,431 for Oregon residents and $47,474 for out-of-state students after financial help.

The expected four-year tuition for students admitted in Fall 2023 is $167,043 for out-of-state students and $60,495 for Oregon residents.

For four (4) years, the expected total cost of attendance, including living expenditures and personal charges, is $238,060 for out-of-state students and $131,512 for Oregon residents.

University of Oregon Tuition Financial Aid

At the University of Oregon, grants from the federal, state, local, institutional, and other sources have been granted to 10,766 undergraduate students, or 57% of the total 18,045 undergraduate students.

The help granted has an average value of $9,853. Of the 3,840 total enrolled students, 89% are first-time, full-time beginning students (freshmen), and the average amount of financial aid received is $9,769.

University of Oregon Tuition Loan

Students who have a serious financial need, who qualify for federal financial assistance, and who submit their FAFSA by the University of Oregon’s priority deadline of March 1 may be eligible for federal work-study.

University of Oregon Tuition Scholarship

They offer financial aid to both incoming and enrolled University of Oregon students.

For certain scholarships, freshman applicants must submit a second, independent application.

Others are given out automatically depending on your undergraduate application documents and/or your Free Application for Federal Student Aid‘s financial information (FAFSA).

A $8,000 National Merit Scholarship at the UO is available to incoming freshmen who have been given College-Sponsored Finalist standing and who have designated the University of Oregon as their “first choice” school on the NMSC Scholarship Application.

They make this scholarship up of $2,000 per year and is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study.

The Oregon Opportunity Grant (OOG) is the biggest need-based grant program in Oregon, financed by the state and available to students attending public community colleges, public universities, and partnering private schools throughout the state.
