Pace University strives to provide all available financial aid to students. Financial aid can take many forms, including as grants and scholarships, work-study opportunities, and student loans.

Pace University Tuition Grant

Students who have graduated but haven’t yet earned a bachelor’s degree may be qualified to apply for this government award. Financial need as established by the financial aid serves as the basis for eligibility.

They must take a minimum of one credit each semester and they must accept applicants into an undergraduate degree or certificate program. To sustain satisfactory academic progress, students must (p. 7). For the school year 2023–2023, awards range from $346 to $6,895.

Each year, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and designate Pace University as their intended place of attendance. Pell Grants are available to students for up to 12 full-time semesters, or the equivalent.

A small proportion of undergraduate students with extraordinary financial need who have been matriculated (admitted into a degree or certificate program) and are enrolled in at least six credits per semester are eligible for federal funding.

To get FSEOG, students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress. Depending on the level of our federal funding, the grant amount at Pace University normally ranges from $100 to $2,400 every academic year.

Who will receive FSEOG and the amount of the grant are determined by the Financial Aid Office. To be eligible for FSEOG, a student must be a Pell Grant recipient. Each year, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and designate Pace University as their intended place of attendance.

Pace University Tuition Scholarship

Students must enroll full time (at least 12 credits) in each Fall and Spring term until the Bachelor’s degree program is completed. They give priority to applicants who have completed the admissions application process before February 1.

They permit the usage of scholarships for a maximum of four years from the student’s first term at the university or until the first bachelor’s degree is completed, whichever comes first.

This grant only applies to Pace University tuition costs and cannot be coupled with any other tuition-related financial aid to exceed the student’s real tuition.

Renewal is automatic as long as they enrolled the student full-time each Fall and Spring term till earning their bachelor’s degree, maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.30, makes satisfactory academic progress, and continues to engage in the Honors College.

Pace University Tuition Work-Study

Students with financial need who are matriculated (admitted into a degree or certificate program) and who are enrolled for at least six courses per semester are eligible for federally subsidized job possibilities.

If they are chosen to get FWS, students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and finish verification. Each year, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and designate Pace University as their intended place of attendance.

They may give federal Work Study recipients jobs at Pace University on campus. They can place most students whose applications for Federal Work Study they approve in jobs, but it is the duty of the student to look into job openings and to successfully land a position.

Pace University Tuition Loan

Students who can prove they have a need for money are eligible for a direct subsidized loan. 

Students who cannot prove they need financial assistance may be eligible for a Direct Unsubsidized Loan in the same amounts. As soon as they disburse the loan, interest accrues on the unsubsidized loan.

Undergraduates who are dependents are also eligible for a $2,000 annual Direct Unsubsidized Loan.
