Position Title: Junior Lecturer Opportunity (18 months contract)
The Junior Lecturer’s role is delivering students’ training and education; student consultations; establishing a knowledge base of the discipline through academic research & development; whilst providing overall support to the Academic department.
Responsibilities Of The Applicants For The Rosebank College Programme 2024
- Responsible for Academic Management & Leadership (Teaching & Learning) in respect of
- Responsible for Academic Development and Performance
- Student support interventions
- Coordination of student’s onboarding
- To be informed and knowledgeable about Academic Development and Performance monitoring
- Responsible for Teaching and Learning Delivery in respect of:
- Direct academic student engagement
- Students’ success rates at a modular level
- Continuous student support and development
- Teaching and learning in and out of the classroom
- Subject/module consultations
