  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education

  • Bachelor of Laws/LLB

  • Registered at a public South African TVET college
  • Registered for the National Certificate (vocational)
  • Registered for certain Report 191 (NATED) programs such as N1-N6 in engineering and N4-N6 in all other fields.

 

How to Apply for NSFAS Online 2023 Application Form

  2. If you are a SASSA grant recipient
  3. If your combined household income is not more than R350 000 per year
  4. If you are a person with a disability and with a combined household income of not more than R600 000 per year

5. Is NSFAS increasing allowance for 2023?

Certified copy of your latest academic transcript or exam results. If you are currently in Grade 12, you do not need to submit this.

7. Can NSFAS fund you for 6 years?

If you change your course frequently and you take longer than five years to complete your qualification, you will have to pay for yourself until you graduate.

8. Does the NSFAS account expire?

No, NSFAS Wallet vouchers do not expire.

9. How much is NSFAS food allowance?

In terms of 2023 NSFAS guidelines, the meal allowance is R 1500 per month for 10 months and the book allowance is a once-off payment of R 5200.4 Apr 2023.
