We are looking for a SALES GRADUATE to join a company that employs real people to do exceptional things. Your time with us will start in January 2024, and our programme runs for 24 months.
The AVI-Graduate Programme incorporates a holistic experience of mentorship, practical exposure and technical, leadership and business development opportunities. What you will be doing:
- Key Account Management:
- Understanding the P&Ls (Profit and Loss Statement that summarizes revenues, costs and expenses)
- Negotiating Pricing
- Calculating Customer Margins
- Analyze data (internal, external and sell-in data)
- Sales plan and pitching
- Negotiate and Implement plans to deliver results
- Sales Operations:
- Same as Key Account exposure, plus exposure to the operational side of Sales
- Operational management and influencing of Field Staff in the stores
- Guide the strategy for Regions within each Customer
- Work across all Customers / Channel
Qualifications Required For AVI Programme 2024
- B.Com in Sales and Marketing or similar qualification
- A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies
Additional Requirements For The AVI Programme 2024
- MS Excel
- Any vacation experience or part-time work would be ideal.
- Must be willing to travel between regions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
