Qualification Required & Experience
1. Graduate Degree (or equivalent) in Developments Studies, Social Policy, Economics, or another relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
2. Familiarity with project cycle management approaches and tools – including participatory planning, monitoring, and evaluation of projects
3. Significant experiences in rights-based approaches to development, gender equality, and social inclusion (GESI) programming, results-based management approaches
4. Another is significant experiences in learning methodologies and local philanthropy
5. Demonstrated experiences in partnership development and management
6. Excellent communication skills, including reporting to diverse project stakeholders.
Program Intern
1. Master’s degree (or an equivalent degree) in a pertinent discipline.
2. Strong research and analytical skills are necessary.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Expertise using Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Should have finished their National Service.
6. It will be beneficial to have knowledge of Ghana’s civic society.
7. Independent workability and a strong sense of initiative must be demonstrated.
Intern in Finance
1. A bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent degree) in business administration, accounting, finance, and/or partial qualifications in ICA, ACCA, CIMA, or another similar field.
2. Showed proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Autonomous workability, a strong sense of initiative, and honesty
5. Ability to complete tasks quickly while generating quality results.
6. A completed National Service requirement
