The Vaal University of Technology’s (VUT) online application for the class of 2024 is now available. An online application for 2024 has been made available by the Vaal University of Technology VUT administration. So, interested candidates can apply right away.
About VUT
Many students who come from all the provinces of South Africa as well as 22 other African nations call VUT home. The University is home to four faculties, including:
- Management Sciences,
- Human Sciences,
- Engineering and Technology, and
- Applied and Computer Sciences.
What You’ll Require
- A valid email address
- A valid cellphone number
- South African applicants will need an ID number. Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
- Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
- The application fee changes annually so consult the admissions office at +27 (0)16 950 9356 or at admissions@vut.ac.za to determine the correct amount.
Results of your application will be sent to you through SMS, or you can check them yourself using the website’s URL.

- Click on ‘Apply To VUT’
- Click on ‘Application status
- Enter your Student, Passport, or ID Number
- You will now be able to see your application status
