  • At the hospital where you will be admitted prior, by going to the reception desk and completing the documentation prior to the date of your actual admission.

You can do your online pre-admission in three easy steps:

  1. Register on Netcare’s patient portal. You will only need to register once. Click here to register
  2. Create your personal profile. You can also create profiles for your dependants if you wish to do a pre-admission for any of them.
  3. Complete your pre-admission information and submit it through the online pre-admission system.

If you have registered before, you only need to log in to submit your pre-admission documentation online.
