There are two methods you can use to complete your pre-admission:
- Online, where you can conveniently complete your documentation at a time that suits you and submit it via our safe and secure online pre-admission system housed on the Netcare patient portal.
- At the hospital where you will be admitted prior, by going to the reception desk and completing the documentation prior to the date of your actual admission.
