iMas Finance Programme 2024: Human Resource Internship
iMasFinance is an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance products. We are looking for one unemployed candidate from designated groups to participate in a Skills Development Internship programme within our HR department at our head office in Centurion.
Responsibilities Of Successful Candidate For The iMas Finance Programme 2024
The successful candidate will:
- assist with administering employee training and skills development interventions and maintaining training records.
- be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training
- be exposed to training and skills development within financial services sector
- be given a 12 months internship contract, with a monthly allowance of R5 000
Requirements For iMas Finance Programme 2024
- Grade/Matric
- 3-year Diploma in Human Resources Development or related qualification
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
Skills And Competencies
- Be unemployed
- Previously disadvantaged candidates
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Great interpersonal relationship skills
- Must not be committed/registered for studies in 2024
- Be able to start with the internship on 1 August 2024
