iMas Finance Programme 2024: Human Resource Internship

iMasFinance is an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance products. We are looking for one unemployed candidate from designated groups to participate in a Skills Development Internship programme within our HR department at our head office in Centurion.

Responsibilities Of Successful Candidate For The iMas Finance Programme 2024

The successful candidate will:

  • assist with administering employee training and skills development interventions and maintaining training records.
  • be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training
  • be exposed to training and skills development within financial services sector
  • be given a 12 months internship contract, with a monthly allowance of R5 000

Requirements For iMas Finance Programme 2024

  • Grade/Matric
  • 3-year Diploma in Human Resources Development or related qualification
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills

Skills And Competencies

  • Be unemployed
  • Previously disadvantaged candidates
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great interpersonal relationship skills
  • Must not be committed/registered for studies in 2024
  • Be able to start with the internship on 1 August 2024

NB: Any relevant work experience will be an advantage
