Application to School of Nursing
Application forms are obtainable in person from the office of the Principal with a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only, payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) Via Remita Platform in any Commercial Bank under the service type “training school- school of nursing”.
Application to School of Midwifery
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Principal/Head of Department (School of Midwifery) on presentation of evidence of payment of non –non-refundable fee of Six Thousand Five Hundred Naira. (N6, 500) only payable to UBTH Account with TSA under the service type: Training School of Midwifery using the REMITA platform in any bank in Nigeria.
Duration for School of Basic Midwifery Benin-City
The school runs the General Nursing programme which is for three years. Application for entry into the School of Basic Midwifery Benin-City starts in December and ends in January of the next year. The entrance examination into the school takes place around April each year while the interview is in June.
