How Can I Apply for HTU Admission?

To apply for HTU Admission, you will need to get an e-voucher first.

Buying an E-Voucher

The following suppliers sell Ho Technical University Admission Vouchers (E-Vouchers):

• GCB Bank,

Buying an E-Voucher Using Mobile Money (All Network) or Visa/Mastercard

1. Go to Buy Serial/Pin Using Mobile Money and click it.

2. You will see a pop-up window where you can enter your information.

3. Choose the Mobile Money Type from the Payment Options while filling out the payment platform form.

4. After you click Submit, you will receive an SMS and/or email with the E-voucher data (Serial Number and PIN). Additionally, the Admission Login page will reveal the E-voucher data (Serial Number and PIN).

How to Apply

For Ghanaian Applicants/Candidates

1. Use the Serial Number and PIN to log into the online admissions system.

2. The Online Admission system will walk you through the processes to finish your application.

3. Include a hard copy of your online application that has been fully completed, as well as photocopies of any certificates or result slips, transcripts (for Top-up B-Tech applicants), and birth certificates (for mature applicants).

4. It should be noted that candidates who want to submit in person do not need an EMS Envelope.

For International Applicants

1. The International Applicant bar is located on the interface’s right side. Click it.

2. To recover the Serial Number and PIN, follow the instructions.

3. With the Serial Number and PIN, use the online application form at the website.

How Can I Check My HTU Admission Status?

1. Use any browser to access the applicant’s page.

2. Please provide either your first or last name.

3. Select the search icon.

4. Select “get details” next to your name.

5. Type in your admissions or application number.

6. Print your admission letter after accepting the offer of admission.

How to Register for Courses on the HTU Student Portal

1. Log into the Student Portal first.

2. Enter your index number and password to log in.

3. Click Course Registration on the left-side menu or view the results statement.

4. Click register after choosing the appropriate required courses for you.

5. Click print this page and enable popups if necessary in your browser.

How to Reset/Recover Password

1. Please log in here.

2. Click on “Forgot Details”.

3. Provide the following information to reset your forgotten details.

• Index Number.
• Name
• Email (Used in School).
• Phone number (used at school).

4. Press the Initiate Reset.
