Admission Guidelines and Forms for UCT Online High School
The applicant’s guardian must submit all applications for admission to the School via the School website using the steps outlined below.
1. Fill in the Application form
- Guardian registration
- Student Registration
- Select start date
- Pay the R200 registration fee
A literacy test may be required of your child. If so, I will send detailed information
- Conditional offer letter
You must pay the first month’s tuition (R2,095) in advance to guarantee your child a spot at UCT OHS.
5. Upload Your Documentation
Guardians must upload important records for their children, such as transcripts from prior schools, paperwork from a concession, or educational or psychological reports.
6. Complete the Benchmark Examinations
They sent the link to complete the Benchmark tests to the student. The learner’s abilities in communication, numeric reasoning, problem-solving, and learning nature are examined in two examinations, each lasting three hours.
7. Subject Selection
Guardians and the learner will show their preliminary subject selection
8. Pace-setting call
The Support Coach will consult with the family to choose the learner’s ideal schedule based on the learner’s elective holiday dates, preliminary subject choices, and benchmark results.
9. Guardian Signoff
Once the learner’s topics and academic timetable have been approved by the family, they will be prepared to begin school.
10. Learner access to the online campus
The learner’s login information for the online campus, together with guidelines and information about what to expect from orientation, is sent to the learner’s guardian(s).
