Tuition and Fees According to the school’s website, the annual tuition ranges from $28,150 to $33,600 for students in prekindergarten through grade 12.
Extracurricular, sports and other program fees vary depending on the requirements and interests of the student and are in addition to tuition.

- Upon enrollment, a $3,500 non-refundable deposit is required.
- Prekindergarten through sixth-grade tuition fees include textbooks. The price of textbooks varies for students in seventh through twelfth grades depending on the courses they choose and whether they want digital or paper formats.
- Both Mills and our Consignment Shop sell uniforms. In the first year, a new student can budget about $500 for uniforms.
- With the exception of payments made from need-based financial help, Georgia High
- School Association (GHSA) regulations provide that tuition must be paid by a parent, legal guardian, or another family member.
- Primary School, Lower School, and Woodward North offer after-school care (ASC) for $7 per hour.
- Around $2,390 per semester for daily round-trip bus use and $1,610 for daily one-way use.

Woodward Academy Tuition Financial Aid
Grades K–12 families can apply for need-based financial aid. (Woodward does not provide merit- or sports-based scholarships.) Our financial assistance committee considers Clarity’s determination of a family’s level of need to determine the grant’s size.
Clarity is an impartial third party. The majority of grants, on average $10,750, are below 50% of annual tuition.
The decision to accept or reject a student for admission is decided without taking into account their ability to pay by different committees that oversee both admissions and financial aid.
Applicants’ Forms & Deadlines for Future Families
Current families have until November 14, 2022, to submit their financial aid applications. The Parent Portal has more information available.

Starting on October 1, 2022, Clarity will allow you to begin your financial aid application.
The deadline for potential families to apply for financial help is February 1, 2023.
Goal Scholarship
To apply for the Georgia GOAL Scholarship, families must simply complete the Online financial aid application.
Students who complete the financial assistance application and meet the GOAL qualifying requirements are automatically considered for the scholarship. No separate application procedure exists.
