In Lexington, Kentucky, there is a public research university called the University of Kentucky. Therefore, the university is one of Kentucky’s two land-grant institutions (the other is Kentucky State University).

2. ACT/SAT score (M+CR) (Test-Optional)

3. ACT School Code: 1554, SAT School Code: 1837 (required for engineering programs and scholarships)

4. Also, transfer applicants should submit their college and high school transcripts with a minimum GPA of 2.0/4 (73%-76%) having 23 credit hours or fewer.

5. However, transfer students having 24 credits hours more can submit only transcripts with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA
