common goal.

You may think, but how

His leading the people 

and watching out for the

people’s welfare already 

makes him a servant 

because he is serving the 

people.

As a leader, you are 

called to be a servant, 

not an oppressor.

Why oppress those you 

were called to serve?

Be someone that your 

followers run to for help 

when they are depressed 

or confused.

Don’t be someone that 

the followers are always 

scared to approach.

Be a loving one.
