Exercise.

All through last year, I frequently had body pain.

Both inner and outer.

I was worried because it was always

making me uncomfortable.

I beckon to people times to help massage 

me.

The exercise was recommended for me to

reduce the pain but I never have heeded it.

this year, I decided to try it out and I 

rarely have body pain since then.

I came to understand that exercise is not 

only for the plumpy but slim people could

also exercise

Always make out time to exercise.
