Multimedia Designer Intern (Talent Culture and Communication)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Creatives
- Responsible for brainstorming creative concepts and developing visual designs with stakeholders
- Developing and producing multimedia pieces for social media, web sites, presentations and email
- Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas
- Understand and keep update of the latest trends when it comes to online presence
- Showcases creativity by designing materials based on the target audience, knowledge of design principles and trends, and aesthetic design concepts
- Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, and software programmers
Graphics Editing
- Designing graphics, animation, video productions, web sites, emails and other marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the team to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects
- Preparing artwork and media for final approval and distribution
- Timely submission of designs to immediate supervisor for review
- Performing media edits based on user feedback
Job Requirements:
- Currently taking up Bachelor’s degree in multimedia arts, graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field
- Portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing skills and experience
- Familiarity with different software design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and alike
- Ability to collaborate on long-term projects
- Basic knowledge on storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
- Basic knowledge on video editing
- Uses active listening skills and constructive criticism to fine-tune work
- Proactive and has the ability to prioritize tasks based on deadline proximity
