HR INTERN (TalentView Asia)

Required Minimum Hours: At least two hundred (200) hours
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational background: Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, and other related courses
- Technical skills required: Proficient in using Google platforms (sheets, docs, slides) and Video-conferencing Tools (Zoom, MS Teams)
- Other behavioral skills required: Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Assessment and Development
- Assists in developing assessment tools to meet client needs
- Assists in user and training documentation for internal and external team members
- Creates and processes reports of assessment candidates by combining own and co-assessors’ analysis
- Assists in administering assessments to candidates from individual contributors to executive roles
Project Management
- Uses project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
- Partners with internal and external consultants to ensure deliverables are met
- Collaborates with team members to ensure a smooth transition of project tasks
- Implements proposed test plans which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the products and services offered
- Works closely with Project Lead to align on goals and expectations in preparation for project execution
- Meets all deadlines set with clients and ensures high satisfaction post-project completion
