You are a highly motivated individual with experience cold-calling, appointment setting or in lead generation. You’re a self-starter with proven skills that can support and evolve within our fast-paced sales organization. You are relentless in pursuit of great results, coachable, and work hard to achieve your goals – both personally and professionally. We will provide coaching, training and a positive work environment
You bring
    • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written

 

    • A growth mindset and a coachable attitude

 

    • Desire to learn, initiative and desire to succeed

 

    • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, appointment setting or related internship

 

    • Superior communication, time management and presentation skills

 

    • Customer-centric telephone personality to engage prospects

 

    • Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement

 

    • Advanced follow-up skills via phone and email

 

    • Comfortable facing rejection and see it as a learning opportunity

 

    • Excited to find ways to hit targets and exceed expectations

 

    • A passion for problem solving and sound business judgment

 

    • Eager to learn and refine your sales skills

 

    • Proactive in nature, willing to do research, take notes, and share knowledge

 

    • Adaptability, adapting to changes in the market and updating your scripts as needed

    • You like to be a top performer, with your name at the top of the dashboards yet work well in a team environment, inspired by collaboration and healthy competition

 

    • A College or University degree from an accredited academic institution

 

  • Strong internet connection and private area to work
What your days will look like

 

    • Make 80-100 calls daily

 

    • Follow up and continue phone conversations via email

 

    • Keep records of sales activities in CRM system

 

    • Research on industry trends and customer profiles

 

    • Suggest ways to improve systems

 

    • Collaborate with team members to hit targets

 

  • Contribute to team culture by sharing knowledge & experiences
