1. Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will join our team as a Financial Analyst in the Finance Department.
• (S)He will report to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and will be responsible for the provision of information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations.
• (S)he will also support the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and strategic planning.
• The Financial Analyst also strives to understand the key drivers of our business performance across the different products to help identify the potential risks and opportunities behind the numbers that may impact performance.
• This involves the analysis of actual monthly performance, quarterly forecasts, the annual budget, and long-range plans.
• The successful candidate will also work alongside other finance functions and commercial teams to provide a view of performance to senior management and the board to better understand the trends in the business for decision-making.

• Monitor and analyze business and financial performance against targets on an ongoing basis.
• Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans & forecasts with actual results; and providing insightful and well written commentary and explanations of key business performance variances.
• Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the operation’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
• Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all stakeholders during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
• Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business partners and management in order to drive business results.
• Works at the direction of a Senior Analyst or Manager in performing various financial or budget analyses in the areas of profit planning, capital expenditure and cash flow budgeting.
• Support the preparation of Annual Budgets and Long-range Business Plans/Budgets
• Supports in the development and review of business cases, post implementation reviews and post-investment analysis.
• Challenge the reasonability of Revenues and Expenses during Month End Close to ensure proper representation of financial results.
• Assists General Accounting Team in audit queries concerning the financials.
• Maintain a monthly report for KPIs such as Mix and Minutes to explain drivers behind Revenues and Direct Cost
• Assisting in various departmental projects

Qualification Required & Experience

• A University degree in any field but with emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or related field. Master’s Degree in a Business-related area which is numeric will be an advantage.
• ACCA/CA/CPA/CIMA – partly qualified will be recommended but not required.
• A minimum of One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in Similar role or field.
• Confident communication skills as this role involve liaising with various key senior managers of the business.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel (medium to advance proficiency), PowerPoint and Word.
• Financial Systems Knowledge will be required to make work easier.
• Desire to drive efficiencies and improve processes.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Influencing Skills will be required to assist in your dealings with tough customers.

2. Job Title: RF Optimization Performance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advise across multiple RF-associated disciplines, including radio-frequency (RF) planning, RAN Network technology (2G/3G/4G/), and introduction to 5G technologies
• Manage and drive sub-contractors and suppliers to meet developed design criteria for RF-related and network development projects for network acceptance.
• Oversight responsibility of Cells, BSCs, RNC, and Network level performance, to ensure that all radio KPIs meet AT targets.
• Seek out modern technologies and undertake optimization trials of new features & parameters and be responsible for best practices deployments.
• Close liaison with managed service engineers for timely resolution of 2G/3G degrading KPIs that impact on customer experience.
• Coordinate QoS Network benchmarking and cluster optimization activities, analyze drive test log files, and validate all actions implemented to resolve issues identified.
• Responsible for RF optimization annual program and effective implementation to provide the best experience to AT customers
• Ensure all radio KPIs meet agreed-upon thresholds by tracking worst cells and ensuring effective & timely resolution of them
• Support the Commercial and Enterprise teams to meet customer complaints related to RF issues and deliver cost-effective solutions

Key Performance Indicators

• Radio Performance KPIs within agreed thresholds
• Resolution of RF-related customer complaints within agreed timelines.
• Delivery of QoS benchmark & cluster optimization reports with clear action plans for improvement
• Delivery of RF optimization program

Qualification Required & Experience

• A University degree in any field but with emphasis on Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering Technology or related fields
• Project management experience and skills. PMP or PRINCE2 certifications an added advantage
• A minimum of Four (4)- Six (6) years or more experience in a similar role.
• Highly proficient with cellular network design & operational telecoms principles, cellular wireless technologies, radio access network design theory for 2G/3G/4G technologies and an introduction to 5G technologies.
• Intermediate or higher-level Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Understanding of RF topology and propagation characteristics, including but not limited to 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies based on the 3GPP reference architectures
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in delivering high-quality solutions
• Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment

4. Job Title: Indirect Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the implementation and management of company strategies and plans in the area under his or her supervision.
• Responsible for the achievement of distribution and Acquisition targets under his or her area of supervision.
• Responsible for subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisitions (POAs) within his or her assigned territory.
• Responsible and accountable for the leadership, training and coaching of personnel under his or her direct supervision.
• Manage and train POAs on activation processes.
• Maintain and grow active productive POAs base in assigned area.
• Ensure adequate availability of sim and scratch cards at all POAs and POSs
• Promptly communicate activation targets, promotions, product, and commissions structure to all POAs

• Plans, executes and feedback BTL (Below-The-Line) activities with external agencies.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A university degree in any field or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Studies, or other related fields.
• A minimum of two (2) year experience in a Sales and Distribution role and operation experience preferable in FMCG.
• Proficiency in IT software’s such as Microsoft Office, Distribution Management Systems, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English is essential.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Must have execution and reporting skills.
• Must be licensed to drive and with clean driver’s license/record.
