Step 2: If satisfied you meet the general admission requirements and specific subject requirements, then complete the electronic application form.

Important Information for New Applicants
- a testimonial of good conduct;
- a Matriculation certificate or, if not yet available, some form of proof that the prospective student complies with the requirements for the degree for which s/he desires to register or a statement of last school symbol achieved;
- one passport photograph (one for admission)
- application fees–no-refundable Postal Order;
- Copy of page 1 of Identity Document.
How to Apply For Univen Online Applications
Below are very important things you should have when applying:
- You’ll need an email address to complete the application. Don’t have one? Get an email address first.
- South African applicants will need an ID number. Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
- You will need to have registered for the NBTs before applying online.
- You will need to pay an application fee.
- Need accommodation? Make sure you mark this on your application form.
- Remember to check faculty-specific requirements before applying.
UNIVEN 2024 Application Form Admission Requirements
A National Senior Certificate (NSC), as certified by Umalusi, with an achievement rating of 3 (Moderate Achievement, 40–49%) or better in four recognized NSC 20-credit subjects is the prerequisite for admission to undergraduate diploma study.

UPDATING YOUR APPLICATION
Additional paperwork must be submitted to the admissions office. These might be mentioned:
- Certified paper copies of documents uploaded online as part of your application
- You must upload academic transcripts which may not have been available at the time of your application to our student system; please log in using your username and password, and complete the submission; certified paper copies of they must submit such uploaded documents
- Where applicable, they must provide evidence of English language proficiency
