UKZN Student Central

UKZN Student Central, also known as Student Enabler Portal is a gateway enabling University of Kwazulu-Natal students to obtain important information and conduct academic activities. You can use this system to register, view results, apply for a residency, and check your fees statement.

The UKZN Student Portal at the University of KwaZulu-Natal also assists students in completing specific academic tasks. Exam Results, Admission Online Application, Application Status, Acceptance Fees Payment, Timetable, Academic Calendar, Application Status, and more are all available at myUKZN.

The UKZN student central provides links to help you have quick access to the information you need to make sure your studies go as smoothly as possible.

How to Register on UKZN Student Central

After you have been accepted into the University of Kwazulu Natal, you need to register on the UKZN student central. The following are steps that will guide you in creating your student account and having a profile.

  1. Enter the UKZN’s Student Central official website here: https://sc.ukzn.ac.za/
  2. The link for New Registration will display on the homepage after the registration process has begun. You’ll be directed to a page where you can create a new account by clicking this link.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your basic information, such as your email address, name, phone number, and gender.
  4. Click on ”Save”.

How to Login to UKZN Student Central

  1. Visit the UKZN Student Central website to get to the student central page.
  2. Fill in the blank space with your student number.
  3. Click ”Proceed” to continue.
  4. Enter your password to log in.

How to Reset your UKZN Password

Use the Online Password Self Service at passwordchange.ukzn.ac.za to change your UKZN Student Central Password. You must have your current password in order to use the Online Password Self Service. The Online Password Self Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whether on or off-campus.

 If you forget your password, go to the ICS Walk-in Centre with your UKZN staff card or write an email to icssupport@ukzn.ac.za with a scanned copy of your card and your mobile phone number to get a new one. You will receive an SMS with a new password.

MyUKZN Mobile App

The MyUKZN app gives you complete access to the University of KwaZulu-Natal – UKZN and student information.

 

Students can access the course and examination schedules, check their admission and funding application status, graduation information, and various other self-service functions.

You can download the MyUKZN app on Google Play Store and log in to ukzn student central to access all your personal data.

MyUKZN Mobile App for UKZN Network Password Reset

  • You can also use the MyUKZN Mobile App to recover your forgotten password. To utilize this service, you must first download the App to your phone or tablet, as you must be a registered user.
  • The MyUKZN Mobile App requires that you have captured your mobile phone number in the ITS iEnabler system since it uses it to send you an SMS message.
  • You must be logged in to use the MyUKZN Mobile App.
  • Go to the Self-Help menu (if you don’t see the Self-Help menu, swipe right on one of the menu items).
  • The option is “Change My LAN Account Password.”

 

  • Then, create a new password and submit it.
