Pepsico Sales Learnership programme 2024 is here. PepsiCo South Africa, in partnership with Optimum Learning Technologies, is recruiting 37 Sales learners at different DC’s nationally.
Learners will be subjected to training lasting over a period of 12 months. The location for the programme is in the Western Cape and registration closes on Friday, 17th of June, 2024.

Applicants will go through a screening procedure before being placed on a structured learning program that incorporates both theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning over a 12-month period.
Learners will acquire a solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles after completing this learnership.
Sales and negotiating abilities, promotion strategies, customer satisfaction optimization, addressing customer complaints, working in a sales and marketing team, and compliance and legislative issues are all included in this program.
Requirements for the Pepsico Programme 2024
- A valid code 8 or 10 Manual Drivers’ Licence
- An active Bank account & SARS number
- No experience required
- A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing
