Varsity College’s student portal is intended to provide students with information about their registration, timetable, printing result slips, and fees, among other things. Here is how to get to the Varsity College students portal:
- Launch your browser, which may be your Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer Visit varsity college’s website https://www.varsitycollege.co.za/
- Click on the My VC icon on the top menu
- Click on VC Portal on the page that opens and then click Login
- You are now expected to put in your username and password in the necessary field. There is also a field for your year but that is not compulsory to put in.
- Once you are sure all your details are entered correctly, press the login and you can now carry out all your academic activities
VC Portal Application
Before you can be admitted to the IIE’s Varsity College, you must first complete an online application, and if your application is successful, you will receive an appropriate offer of Admission.
The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable Application Fee, which must be paid through one of the application portals listed below. To make payment through this portal, you will need a credit card or internet banking (EFT).

Please keep in mind that a non-refundable fee of R400 is required to process your application. Please keep in mind that each academic year, only a limited number of students are accepted into programs at The IIE’s Varsity College.
Late applications for Full-Time degrees will be considered if space is available, with an R1750 late non-refundable application fee. Applications for Diploma and Higher Certificate programs will be accepted until the programs are full. Fees can be paid online or by EFT.
Following payment, a Student Advisor will contact you to complete the application process.
Fees and Finance

The Alternatives
There are three ways to pay for your studies at Varsity College:
- Pay all fees in advance.
- Pay a deposit at the start of the year and the balance of the fees over a set period.
- Pay a set amount of money over a set period (no deposit payable).
Varsity College program fees vary depending on the program for which you have registered. The Schedule of Fees, which is available at any Varsity College campus, details the fees payable for each program.

The R60,000.00 figure is provided for illustrative purposes only and is not specific to any Varsity College program. Interest rates and monthly repayments will vary according to the policies and repayment terms of various lending institutions.

The bank will require someone (usually a family member or a guardian) to stand surety for the debt, as well as proof that they have enough income to cover the monthly repayments.
