The Lazada Management Trainee Program is set up to guide and develop high-potential graduates from entry-level to a managerial position in the industry of the future e-Commerce. As part of the Lazada Group – the leading e-Commerce platform in Southeast Asia, Lazada.com.ph strives to train the future elites of the industry within a structured program.
The Lazada Management Trainee Program will provide an enriching professional experience by being able to work with dynamic, driven, and highly-competitive professionals with both strong international and local portfolio.
Upon entering the program, every candidate will be given a set of responsibilities and accountabilities in order to demonstrate their skills and expertise in the different key aspects of e-Commerce, mainly – Sales and Operations, Commercial Management, and Marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lazada operates as market leader in an extremely fast-changing environment where being ahead of the market is crucial. The program will put you through a variety of roles and trainings to ensure that you are equipped to succeed and assume leadership roles. The 18-month program will cover 3 different roles in the areas of Marketing, Commercial Management, as well as Sales and Operations.
The range of roles goes from highly analytical – where coding skills are required – sales-focused or creative. It will also entail a good measure of dealing with existing partners as well as building the e-Commerce business with potential partners, and managing relationships with influencers and media outfits. Within the program, the candidate will be assigned according to talent and development goals of the candidate.
The program comes with a top-of-the-market compensation package and an additional bonus upon completion of the first year and the entire program. As a management trainee you will start off in an Analyst position supporting your function, gradually taking over more and more responsibilities. Performance evaluation cycles will occur every six months where we will decide upon your promotion to Associate with full P&L responsibilities, then team leader and manager.

Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language be it in writing or oral
