About The UCT Vula
The Vula is UCT’s official online learning system. It permits students to get access to academic courses, student societies, study, and research groups, faculty and departmental groups, also as numerous projects and initiatives.
In other to access Vula, click here and choose “UCT Login” where you’ll enter your student number and network password. Your password will be sent to you in your “Application for Admission” letter from UCT‟s Admissions Office.
If you forget your password, you can do the following:
- Log into the password self-service: http://password.uct.ac.za (If you can log in here, you will log in to Vula).
- If maybe you cannot log in to the password self-service, you can ask your faculty computer lab administrator to check your account and/or reset your password for you.

UCT Online High School E-Learning Portal Login Address
The motive of UCT Online High School seeks to foster learning processes for its student. Hence, it has announced the introduction of a Learning Management System (LMS).
This would make it easy for students to attend classes online, get lecture notes and submit assignments anywhere and anytime.
This E-learning platform is to aid lecturers of the UCT Online High School in uploading their courses and course materials (i.e. course outlines, lecture notes/PowerPoint presentations, recommended reading books/journals, videos, and forums) on the E-learning platform to enable students to access them for continuing academic work.
They will make a series of short video tutorials available in the coming days to further help our lecturers in uploading their courses.
