Experience and Qualifications For RMB Programme 2024
- Graduates who have completed postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
- Less than 12 months of formal working experience
Additional Requirements
- They look for graduates who push boundaries, are well rounded and have excelled in various aspects of their lives, from academics to culture and sport.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute role responsibilities efficiently through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating.
- Contribute to projects through proactive, innovative, and appropriate inputs. Participate in knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders.
- Manage own development plan to increase competencies and skills through various channels. Attend and meet all the requirements of the Development Programme as set out by the COE.
