1. Job Title: Paid Media Specialist ( GoogleAds )

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for building, managing & optimizing Google AdWords
accounts ensuring that all deliverables are of a high quality, standard and are
presented on time.

You will be responsible for analysing metrics, drawing conclusions from the data and creating summary reports to be discussed with customers.

You need to have strong communication abilities when relaying account performance with clients in both written and verbal formats.

You will be responsible for effectively making data driven decisions and constantly improving campaign performance to maximize ROI.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Google AdWords account management experience.
  • Google AdWords certified.
  • Relevant degree.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google AdWords Editor.
  • Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills.
  • Good at multitasking, able to handle pressure & meeting daily deliverables

2. Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all aspects of administrative, financial and operational activities arising in respect of the properties under management.
  • Liaising with tenants, service providers, contractors and property owners,
  • Leasing and marketing
  • The preparation of lease offers & lease agreements, capturing of property, tenant & lease details on the Company’s property management system (‘MDA’),
  • Debtor and creditor accounts administration (including local authority accounts management)
  • Utilities management, the updating of data on MDA,
  • Property inspections, service provider selection, procurement & contracting and reactive & proactive property maintenance management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2-5 years’ Experience  in commercial property management
  • MDA Property Management systems experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
