His television debut came in October 2015 when he featured as a villager in the series finale of the SABC1 drama series Intsikam in October 2015.
Vuyo next appeared in an episode of the eKasi+ drama anthology series eKasi: Our Stories entitled “Ngwana wa Tsenwa” (Season 5, Episode 38), which first aired on 1 April, 2015.
He also took up roles on e.tv soapie Rhythm City, the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Road, the Vuzu Amp drama series aYeYe and the second season of the SABC1 romantic comedy series Dream World.
