Application deadlines for all freshmen applying.
1. FALL semester admission: Oct. 1-Nov. 30. For fall 2023 only, extended to Dec. 15, 2023.
2. SPRING semester admission: begins Aug. 1 only for athletes, veterans and international freshman applicants.

What GPA Do You Need To Get Into CSUN?
Students with a B.A. in English must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in upper-division English courses.

Is CSU Northridge Hard To Get Into?
The acceptance rate at Cal State Northridge is 50.6%. In other words, of 100 students who apply, 51 are admitted.
What SAT Score Is Required For CSUN?
Scoring an 1130 SAT or a 22 ACT or above will nearly guarantee you admission. Because the school admits 50.6% of all applicants, being far above average raises the admission rate for you to nearly 100%.
Is CSUN A Party School?
CSUN is not much of a party school nor is it a school that is consistently focused on football, simply because there is no football team.
