November 1 for Early Decision

January 5 for Regular Decision

The Office of College Admission will send you an email to confirm receipt of your Common Application. The best course of action is to make sure that all application materials are submitted by the deadline.

It is allowed for some of your supporting documents (transcripts, test results, letters of recommendation, etc.) to arrive the next week if your application and application payment/fee waiver are filed by the deadline.

What GPA Do You Need to Get Into Brown?

A GPA of at least 4.08 is also required. You must make up the difference if your GPA is below this with a higher SAT/ACT score. You’ll also need to make an impression with the rest of your application for a school like Brown University, which is highly selective.

What Kind of Students Get Into Brown?
