How to Apply For Arizona State University Admissions

Once all of your materials have been turned in, ASU will review your application file. Log into My ASU with your ASURITE ID, which was issued to you when you submitted your application for admission.

1. Complete the Admission Application.

2. Submit the Nonrefundable Application Fee.

$50 is the Arizona resident fee. The charge for non-residents, foreigners, and ASU Online is $65 each.

When you send in your application, you can pay with an eCheck or MasterCard credit card, or you can mail ASU a check or money order. You must pay with a credit card when submitting your application if it is for an online program.

3. Request to Have your Official Transcript(s) and Test Result Mailed to ASU.

Transcripts

You must ask for official transcripts from each college you’ve attended to be provided directly to ASU in order for your file to be completed. Regardless of your age or the number of college credit hours you have, this includes transcripts from high school.

ASU accepts sealed high school transcripts presented personally by applicants to undergraduate admissions; however, it does not accept faxed or hand-delivered college transcripts.

Grade point average (GPA) and graduation date must appear on high school transcripts. In order to ascertain your final admission status, ask for a final transcript to be sent directly to ASU once you graduate or finish your final semester at your current institution.

Test Results

Send ASU your ACT and/or SAT results. Request that ASU receive your exam results if you have taken the AP, IB, or CLEP. Please request that your TOEFL or IELTS results be transmitted directly from the testing center to ASU if you are an overseas applicant.

All foreign-language transcripts must be translated into English for submission to ASU.
