Job Description:
The Marketing intern is expected to help the Marketing Manager in crafting and executing marketing strategies and plans for Plastic Bank particularly in Social Media. Aside from this he or she will also be involved in maintaining key partnerships with Freelancers and agencies.
Job Objectives:
- Maintain database of freelancers and agencies and ensure that good relations are maintained.
- Draft and monitor bi-weekly social media calendar
- Create content in the form of stories from the areas Plastic Bank operates
- Help ideate and plan new ways and strategies of marketing and promoting Plastic Bank and its advocacy
Job Qualifications
- A student or trainee specializing in Marketing, Advertising or Business Management
- Must be familiar with different marketing and social media tools
- Proficient in using various Microsoft programs such as word, excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Can work under pressure
