The Muhyideen College of Education, Ilorin was established by edict 21 of 2005 issued by the Muhyideen Association of Nigeria.

The minimum standard of NCCE, candidates must have at least four credit passes at one or two sittings in the WASSCE/NECO/ NABTEB/SSCE/ GCE O’level. Or merit in teacher grade two certificates or their equivalent.
Also, two credit passes must be in the areas of the candidate’s specialization. Candidates who possess a pass in English and Mathematics are qualified to be admitted into the College NCE Programme.
However, credit in English or Mathematics may be required for some courses to meet departmental requirements.

Application for Admissions
1. Candidates are advised to read carefully the admission for their programme of study before completing the online application form for which the School will not be liable for the blunder committed by the applicants.
2. Candidates are advised to ensure that they personally and not by proxy fill in the right information as it has to do with the arrangement of names, examination grades, examination numbers, examination year, etc
3. Change of course after the payment of acceptance fee is not allowed
4. Candidates are too frequently checking the school website for confirmation of the Screening Examination date.
5. You will need a passport photograph which must be on a red background and the size must not exceed 25KB.
6. After completing the application, print out the application form
7. Print three (3) copies of the application form.
