We are pleased to provide you with information on the University of Venda (UNIVEN) application status, the admission letter, and a link to check it for the 2024 academic year.
About UNIVEN
The University of Venda (UNIVEN), a comprehensive rural university in South Africa, is situated in the town of Thohoyandou in the province of Limpopo. The ruling Republic of Venda created it in 1982 at the time.
It was founded in 1982 to serve the people of the Venda bantustan, but students from all over the Northern Transvaal attended Univen, which has never had a solely Venda student body.
The student body of Univen was gathered from all around South Africa following the end of apartheid and the reintegration of the bantustans.
With the tertiary education reform initiative of the South African government in the new millennium, Univen evolved into a “comprehensive university,” providing both theoretically and practically oriented programs.
