The University of Limpopo (UL) Student Portal was created for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Certificate, Degree, Master, and Ph.D. programs.
They designed it for students to perform certain academic actions with ease, such as Application Status Checker, bursaries, prospectus, checking of results, Course Registration, Fees Payment, View Admission List/Status, Checking of Semester Results, Acceptance Fees Payment Procedures, Transcript, View Academic Calendar
So Do You log into Your UL Email?
- Go to: http://login.live.com to register for this email
- Sign up by using your valid Student Number as your username.
- Use the default password: pass.w0rd
- Then login

Students will receive university news, events, communications from the Vice Chancellor, and a variety of other information to this email address.
If you are having difficulty setting up this email, it is possible that you have not yet registered at the University of Limpopo. Before attempting to set up your student keyaka email, wait for an email confirming your registration.
How to Reset Your Password
Have you forgotten your password to log in to the profile and/or school portal? Don’t worry, kindly follow these steps to retrieve or change your password:
- To start, go to the Portal Login screen
- Next, click on the Forgot/Change Password, fill, and enter the required details
- Click on submit button
