Introduction
Well-established client, seeking an Admin Assistant for a fixed term contract of 3 months
Duties & Responsibilities
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take minutes
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing when required
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers for the team
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Handle requests and queries from senior managers
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS AND ENGLISH
Required Education and Experience
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
