The Road Accident Fund (RAF) Bursary Program application has kicked off in earnest for young South African persons. Therefore, The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites students to apply for Bursary Programme 2024.

Learnership Application Closing Date : 21 December 2024
Learnership Location: Cape Town
The Organization is providing unemployed learners who have completed grade 12 with an opportunity to gain work experience and a SAQA qualification. Applications are invited for a Learnership from unemployed youth between the age of 18 and 35. The learnership program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months.

Responsibilities may include:
- Prioritize and allocate work to technicians
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and third party
- Manage IT Incidents and Requests
- Hold Service Level Management meetings with management team
- Training users on Technology being used
- Establish and facilitate user forums
- Adopt a proactive approach to prevent problems from arising
- Gather business requirements
- Manage business expectations
- Ensure IT Service availability and continuity
- Implement and enforce ITIL based processes for IT support processes
- Ensure that business service requirements are defined and actively managed
- Act as an escalation point for any ICT service issues within the region of responsibility
Requirements:
- Certified Grade 12 / NQF 4 level certificates
- Applicants must be currently studying towards a Diploma/Degree in an IT related field.

- Applicants must be unemployed, was never employed in the field of the post and never participated in a learnership program in the relevant field of the post previously
- The applicant must not have previously served as learner before.
- Should it be found that the applicant previously served as a learner and did not disclose that info and it is discovered later, the applicant will be disqualified?
