Learnership Location: Eastern Cape

Duration: 12 Months
Stipend: R4000 p.m

One of the biggest fast-food chains in world is opening their doors to 100 South Africans to take part in a Management Learnership programme. A Learnership includes formal learning and workplace experience leading to a full qualification. Learners will received a monthly payment of R4000.

You could be part of a Management Learnership programme at a major international fast-food chain that’s starting on the 1st of March. On a Learnership will you be trained towards a full qualification at NQF Level 3, but rather than having to pay fees, you will receive a monthly stipend (payment) of R4000 to cover your costs.

The Learnership is a 12 month programme taking place in the Eastern Cape and there are 100 positions available.

As a qualification that covers management, this qualification provides a framework for learners to develop competencies that will enable them to become competent junior managers. It introduces some theoretical concepts, requires the application of a limited base of knowledge and requires a well-developed range of skills that will enable learners to be informed workers in their chosen industry.

It provides a balanced learning experience that allows flexible access to further education, life-long learning, higher education and to productive employment in a range of occupational contexts. It provides an opportunity for learners to learn and apply academic skills in relation to management and will provide them with skills to adapt to changes in work procedures and processes in business and industry.

  • Role of the Supervisor (16 credits)
  • Supervision as a Management Function (20 credits)
  • External Environment of the Supervisor (25 credits)
  • Internal Environment of the Supervisor (15 credits)
  • Functioning as a Supervisor (19 credits)Building a Team (10 credits)
  • Conducting a Meeting as a Supervisor (8 credits)
  • Dealing with Team Members (10 credits)
