On whether ISFAP funds students who are participating in an online learning programme, an ISFAP representative explained:

ISFAP currently has 11 partnered universities across SA, that is where funding is offered. In light of COVID regulations and learning moving to online based learning, we adapted to the platforms chosen by our partner universities.

In short, yes they do fund students who are studying online.
