How to Use Apple Airtags: simple steps to follow

Incorporate the Airtags
Before you can use these wonderful Airtags, you’d need to incorporate them into your device first. To do that;
- Click your iPhone’s home screen.
- Hold the Airtag close to your iPhone while pulling out the battery tab.
- Touch ‘Connect’ on your iPhone’s display to use the internet.
- You can choose any name of your choice or input one. Choose emoji next and press “Continue.”
- Tap Finish to complete the registration.
Enlist the Airtags
Enlist your airtags in ‘find My app’ using one of these options:
- You can either tap the airtag or choose ‘add AirTag’.
- Or add airtag by clicking the ‘Add New Item’ icon underneath the Collection, then click the ‘Add Airtag’ after that.

Alternation of Your Airtag’s Name
You can change your airtags name and incorporate more emojis.
If you wish to alter the emoji or name of your AirTag;
- Start by clicking the item at the edge of the display screen.
- Rename Item by tapping the ‘rename Item’ icon.
- If you couldn’t find a name or emoji of your choice, input what you want.
- Click ‘Completed’ when you’re satisfied.
Essential Things to Note
Aside from changing names and adding items while using the Apple airtags, you can check out your firmware version, battery level, and serial number.
To do all that, click on the ‘battery’ icon. You’ll see instructions on how to replace the battery when it’s low in the icon as well.
