Price validity

2023/21 fees are valid for any programme that commences in the 2023/21 academic cycle.

2023/22 fees are valid after 29th January 2023 for any programme that commences after 1st September 2023. Confirm your place before 29th January 2023 and save money by paying 2023/21 fees.

When are your fees due?

Confirmation payment

Once you have received an offer of a place at the International Study Centre, a confirmation payment is required to secure your place. The deposit is held to cover damages and any other incidental expenses. Any monies left at the end of your course will be returned to you. This consists of:

  • £235 Enrolment Fee (non-refundable)
  • £1,000 Deposit
  • Insurance payment for Study Care if applicable

On receipt of your signed acceptance form and the confirmation payment, we will send you your confirmation pack. To accept the offer a confirmation payment is required comprising a non-refundable administration fee of £235 and £1,000 security deposit. Prior to enrolment, and before you apply for your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (‘CAS’), you will also need to pay £6,000 in advance tuition fees. This will also give you access to our exclusive preparation course – Prepare for Success. Once the CAS has been issued, and before arrival at the Centre, you will be required to pay the balance of the first two terms’ fees along with the accommodation fees (if applicable) as set out on your individualised payment plan on your offer letter.

Tuition fees

The balance of tuition fees can be paid:

  • For programmes of study lasting three terms or more: fees are payable in advance at the start of the term before the term to which they relate (for example, the fees for term 3 will be payable at the beginning of term 2) or in full in advance
  • For two-term (Pre-Master’s) courses: in full in advance.

StudyCare Insurance

All international students need to have accident and medical insurance for the duration of their time in the UK. You can take out our StudyCare Insurance Plus or organise your own insurance. If you use another provider, you will need to provide us with proof of adequate cover.

StudyCare Insurance Plus provides health and medical insurance, and covers you for loss of personal possessions. The insurance has been designed specifically for international students, and it covers you until the end of your course.

Guardianship

All students under the age of 18 at the start of their course will receive our guardianship service free of charge. A guardian will support you during your time in the UK until you turn 18. More information will be provided after you apply.
