Blended learning undergraduate (UK)

Student Loan (UK and EU only)

Many UK & EU students choose to pay for study with a Student Loan. Student Finance England pays your fees to Arden University. Once you have graduated, you will pay 9% of your income over the repayment threshold, which is currently £26,5757 a year, £2,214 a month or £511 a week. You won’t be asked to pay anything back until the April after you finish or leave your course.  Interest is charged by Student Finance England.

In order to secure your place on the course you will be required to pay a holding fee which is the cost of one module of study and varies from course to course.

The current holding fee for Blended Learning Undergraduate courses in the UK is between £1,200 and £1,400. The holding fee is 100% refundable up until 30 days after the start of the course.

If you decide to enrol on the course at Arden University, you will be required to either agree a payment plan for the payment of your course fees or pay the full yearly course fee (6 modules) up front.

At the start of each year of study you will be asked to confirm how you intend to fund your studies and will be given the option again to enter an agreed payment plan or pay for your course fees in full.

Pay in full

You can either pay for your Arden University course in full, all in one go if you have the available funds, or alternatively, you can pay for each level (year) in full. If you pay for your course in full you will not need to sign up for a fixed payment plan for each level.

If you decide to pay in full, the fees payable for the course will need to be paid prior to enrolment.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and UK Maestro) and bank transfers.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept Amex cards for payment. Students can also pay via PayPal if they are paying in GBP.

The holding fee paid will be deducted from the total amount payable for the first year of study.

You can choose to enter into a payment plan for each year of study (6 modules). You would need to confirm this to your Student Recruitment Advisor prior to enrolment and enter into a payment plan for that year of study (6 modules).

After each year of study (6 modules), you then need to confirm prior to the start of your next year of study (6 modules) whether you are going to pay in full for that year or enter into a payment plan and pay for that year via instalments.

Our payment plans are reviewed periodically. If you wish to pay for your studies via a payment plan, these will be sent to you in advance and explained to you before you decide to enter into such a plan.

Self-funding

In order to secure your place on the course, you will be required to pay a holding fee.

The current holding fee for blended learning undergraduate courses in Berlin is 1,000 Euros (subject to change).

If you decide to enrol on a course at Arden University, you will be required to either agree a payment plan for the payment of your course fees or pay the full yearly course fee (6 modules) up front.

We have two scholarships available to undergraduate students joining our Berlin campus, from April 2023 onwards, to study one of our eligible programmes, both offering a 33% reduction in fees. Scholarships are subject to terms and conditions.

The Americas Scholarship is open to students joining us from South America, The Caribbean, Central America, and North America.

The CIS and MENA Scholarship is open to students joining us from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

There are currently two scholarships available for international students who plan to join our study centre in Berlin to study one of our eligible postgraduate programmes from April 2023 onwards, subject to terms and conditions.

The Americas Scholarship is open to students joining us from South America, The Caribbean, Central America, or North America, entitling postgraduates to a 50% reduction in fees, including our MBA.

There is also an alternative scholarship available for students joining us from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). These students are entitled to a 40% reduction in fees, including our MBA.
