Lennor Metier is hiring for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join a global training company.
What to expect from the role:
- Follow the QA Testing Plan when conducting functional, verification or regression, and mobile tests
- Verify material via the online course preview using course outlines, manuscripts, audio scripts, and activity or animation scripts
- Use bug tracker software to report and monitor bugs
- In accordance with QA best practices, document test results and offer modifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of similar experience is required. It is preferable to have an internship in content writing and data analysis
- A basic understanding of web-based training and quality assurance as part of the development process
- Excellent English communication abilities, both verbally and in writing (preferably US)
- Have a basic understanding of how to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and goal-oriented
- Able to solve challenges on their own or as a group
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is required.
