Building on our success, we are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest service levels to meet our client and candidates’ requirements.
What to expect from the role:
- Assist the end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, negotiating, and offer acceptance) for a portfolio of high priority requisitions
- Implement sourcing strategies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with recruiting leaders at all levels across the firm
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field
- Has good communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated and sales-driven mindset
- Be able to adapt quickly and have strong multi-tasking skills under tight timelines
- Preferably has own laptop
- Can start ASAP
- Internship Role and can work with at least 4 months
