Therefore the Management of Foundation University encourages prospective students to apply online via application form (Hard-Copy) early as possible for the 2023 academic year.
Every student who wants to start a new qualification must apply for admission at the Foundation University Via their online application Portal. This Foundation University online application window is open for;
First-time Foundation University applicants
Foundation University students changing to a new qualification and/or specialization
Applicants who previously applied for admission and were not offered a space or who were offered a space accepted the offer and did not register
students completing a higher certificate or any other programme and who wish to continue with further undergraduate studies

Undergraduate Admissions

DURING ENROLLMENTUpload the scanned or digital copy (*jpeg, *jpg, *png or *pdf format) of the following requirements
FRESHMEN
Back to back copy of the 2nd or 3rd Quarter of Grade 12 Report Card (DepEd F-138).
Clear copy of the applicant’s unedited 2×2 picture (white background, collared shirt) for the temporary e-ID.
TRANSFEREE
True Copy of Grades (TCG)*
Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials*
Certificate of Good Moral Character*
Clear copy of the applicant’s raw 2×2 picture (white background, collared shirt) for the temporary ID
NOTE: * Your application will be pending if any of the essential requirements is absent.
FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
FROM ABROAD (Freshmen and Transfer Student)
Copy of the Official Transcript of Record/Scholastic Records by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
Photocopy of passport data page containing the student’s full name, date and place of birth, passport number and photo.
2×2 ID picture with white background.

AFTER ENROLLMENTAs part of your permanent record, submit all the original hard copy of the following required documents personally to the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office (ASRO) or send it via courier at Admissions and Student Recruitment Office, Foundation University , Cardinal Santos Bldg. 900 San Marcelino St., Ermita, Manila on or before August 17, 2023:

Original copy of Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the school principal.
Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character (with the school seal)

For those students who graduated from abroad and using International Curriculum, all documents must be duly authenticated/with apostille from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate of the country where the school is located.
