CAMPUS Recruitment Associate
The opportunity
Working as a valued member of the Recruitment Team, the Campus Recruiter will be responsible for the implementation of the entry level hiring strategy for volume and niche roles.
KEY Taguig Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Campus Recruitment from stakeholder management, marketing to hiring initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with Hiring leaders within the organization to manage expectations from Campus Hiring.
- Build relationship with Academic Partners to establish Industry-Academic Initiatives including but not limited to marketing and placement support.
- Plan & deliver Campus engagements. Provide regular status updates on each engagement.
- Conducts preliminary interviews and assessments – communication skills, technical and behavioral interviews across entry-level positions.
- Plan appropriate strategies and drive campus initiatives to make sure the desired demographics is being reached and pipelines are well managed.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-campus/ virtual recruiting events from job fairs, talks, conferences and competitions among others.
- Support high-volume recruitment for entry level positions.
- Spearhead EY Taguig GDS Virtual Internship program including forecast, assessment and post internship experience.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Ideally, at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Campus Recruiter.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment and school policies including Internship Program.
- Preferably with background on Volume hiring from Finance, Technology or Shared Services Firm
- BS Psychology, Human Resource Development or any related courses.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project management and events management is an advantage.
